About these terms

These terms apply to room enquiries and reservations with Hometown Bed & Breakfast, Gangtok, made by telephone, WhatsApp or through this website.

Enquiries and confirmation

Sending your dates through this website or WhatsApp is an enquiry, not a reservation. Your booking is confirmed only when the hotel confirms it to you by phone or WhatsApp.

Prices

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are confirmed by the hotel for your dates before you book. Any applicable taxes and charges will be told to you before you pay.

Advance payments

If an advance is required, the hotel will tell you the amount and send a secure Razorpay payment link. A payment is treated as received only after the hotel has verified it.

Cancellations and refunds

Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy and confirm the terms with us before paying any advance.

At the property

Guests may be asked to present valid photo identification at check-in, in line with local regulations. Please confirm check-in and check-out times with the hotel.
